l Return Eligibility:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

l Restocking Fee:

After your order has been fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.

l Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged.

· Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.

· Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Be sure to include the Order number on the package for easy identification.

· Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 14 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.

I’ve watched tons of videos on different tubs and this one lived up to what is advertised. It was super easy to install and easy maintenance. I knew maintenance was key because it would allow me to use it more with less time associated to cleaning and changing water weekly. If you’re looking for a top of the line model, this is it. Only thing I wish it came with was starting chemicals. I bought the chemicals needed at initial purchase and glad I did since it didn’t come with any.
